Out-U-Go! strives to be a force for good in our local communities and world. We are committed to advocating for pet shelters in the communities in which we work and minimizing our environmental impact.
Pet Shelter Advocacy
Although our business is taking care of pets and their homes, we also help take care of pets without homes. Out-U-Go! works to support shelters every which way we can—through donating, participating, volunteering, and even adopting!
Our efforts include:
- “Hands for Paws” – our annual donation drive
- Volunteering at and donating to area animal shelters
- Discounted services for shelter staff
- Supporting national animal rights and welfare associations, including the ASPCA & WWF

Environmental Impact Reduction
For generations of dogs and cats to come, it is critical that we minimize our carbon paw print. Through utilization of technology and innovation, we have reduced our use of paper by approximately 75% – even as our business grows exponentially. We continue to challenge ourselves to minimize our environmental impact while maintaining the quality of our services. We work with affiliate organizations and businesses that have similarly green missions and also strongly support non-profit, non-partisan efforts to halt global warming.
